Hi all,
A client wants a quote for a Wedding Bagpiper on 4th June 2010 in Bolton Abbey, Skipton-on-Swale (Yorkshire area).
Information from the client:
“Our service is 12.30pm and we would require you to pipe the guests and groom into church and then pipe my arrival (and possible down and up the isle, although we have an organist) and then pipe whilst our photos our being taken. I think we will need you for 2 hours in total.”

Yes, I am available to play for you on your selected date and below is a format that works well at most weddings but can be tailored to suit your wedding. From the information given;
1. Playing 30 minutes prior to the ceremony for the arrival of the guests regardless of weather.
2. Playing for the arrival of the Bridesmaids and the Bride.
3. Piping the Bride into the ceremony if required
4. Piping when the Bride and Groom exit the ceremony and during the initial photographs for about 20 minutes.
5. Photographic opportunities available during the day.
The cost of this service would be £250. This price includes my transport cost from South West Scotland and meals where appropriate. Full military style uniform will be worn with feather bonnet unless otherwise stated. During periods of not playing I will be available for photographs and to answer questions on the bagpipes and anything else relevent.
