Wedding-Pipers.com is a bagpiping service which connects you the bagpiper with clients. Each time a client contacts us requesting a service an email gets sent out to all bagpipers subscribed to our Bagpiper List and the first person to reply saying that they will accept the job gets the job. Its as simple as that.
The service is free and you get exactly what is specified in the email. Example:
Sue from Lancashire emails Wedding-Pipers.com requesting a bagpiper to play at her wedding on 12/10/2008 @ £250 in Lancashire. This email will then automatically get sent to the Bagpiper List. The first person to email Wedding-Pipers.com back will get the job. This site gets a 10% commission on top of the £250. So you the bagpiper keep the £250 and Wedding-Pipers.com gets £25 (10%) from the client.
Why does Wedding-Pipers.com offer this service?
Recently I’ve been getting a lot more jobs than I can handle and I felt like I was letting people down by not being able to provide them with a bagpiper for that special occasion. Then I got the idea of setting up a website to connect bagpipers worldwide to allow everyone to connect with each other. So the next time you get a job which you can’t take on feel free to email admin(@)wedding-pipers.com with the details and we’ll post it to our Bagpipers List.
