A client wants a quote for a wedding piper on 13th June 2009 in Oldham, Lancashire.

Client Specifics:

A client would like a bagpiper to play outside the church – preferably before and after the ceremony.  Her father Frank Wroe founded the Oldham Scottish Pipe Band after the war which is why she’d like a piper to play at her wedding.
