Hi all,

A client wants a quote for a Wedding Piper on 15th May 2010 in Tyldesley, Manchester.

Client Specifics:

The client would be looking for the piper to play a few tunes as the bride walks down the aisle.

Dress: Full Military No.1 dress (Cameron of Erracht Tartan), Civilian Garb No.2 dress (Cameron of Erracht or Charles Edward Stewart Tartan).

Experience: Started playing the bagpipes in 1986 and enlisted into the army and joined the 1st Battalion The Highlanders (Seaforth, Gordons & Camerons) Pipes and Drums.  I have travelled all over with the Pipes and Drums, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Pakistan and Canada to name a few.  Performed at many high profile events including the Edinburgh Military Tattoo and at Buckingham Palace for Her Majesty the Queen and her guests at State Banquets.  Competed in many solo competitions, and all major Pipe Band Competitions.  After leaving The Highlanders, I became Pipe Major of the Lewis Pipe Band.  Represented the Western Isles during a visit to Sweden to promote tourism.  Piped for HM the Queen during her visit to the Isle of Lewis on her Golden Jubilee tour of the United Kingdom.  Joined Strathclyde Fire & Rescue Pipe Band travelling round the UK and abroad.
